A New Alternate-Side Trick
April 17, 2016 by Howard Blas

Dear Diary:

As a longtime alternate-side parker, I thought I had seen every trick imaginable. Here’s a new one:

A man drives up close to a motorcycle, which is taking up an unnecessarily big parking space. He gets out of the car, which he leaves idling. The man approaches the motorcycle, turns it on — but just enough to engage the wheels. It is obviously HIS motorcycle and HIS car!

Once he wheels the motorcycle forward about five feet, he effortlessly parks his car — behind the motorcycle. Note to self: Buy a motorcycle! It may cost less than a parking garage!
